Description

The frequency relationships of the overtones are expressed in prime numbers and the fundamental tone is called, the first, tomake a correspondence between the prime numbers and the ordinal numbers. The harmonic series are among those acoustic laws which exhibit the theoretical unity of the various tonalities.
